The Fort Worth Barrel is our 5th largest oak aging barrel and named after our fifth largest city. Nothing small about this oak barrel other than the size.? It delivers our fastest aging barrel with a quick flavor influence. Perfect size to just test it out. It will hold between a fifth and 1 liter of your liquor or wine. After curing your barrel just pour your liquor in and start the aging. Once you get it to the flavor you like then you can pour it to drink right from the barrel or put it in a bottle to stop the aging process and start your next batch. Use the barrel over and over again.? In a 1 liter barrel you will have good color and flavor influence on your batch within 3-6 weeks depending on how you like your liquor aged. It’s totally up to you. Each barrel will come with the bung for the top, a spigot to pour out of and a barrel stand to sit it on.
